In total there are 12 beds and is easily adapted for families or friends. The apartment is in a quiet and central area. Bathing jetty and barbecue area 10 meters from the house. Child-friendly with 4H farm and large playground 200m away.
There is also an outdoor pool and a sandy beach 500m away. 3 km beach promenade into town. The apartment is tastefully renovated in contemporary colors. Chest panels and wall panels are a consistent feature. The apartment is well-planned and has a lovely amount of light, and from the living room you come out to a sunny balcony facing south towards the water. The home has two separate bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with beadboard on the walls and brass details, and a dining area.
Built-in wardrobes in the hall with pearl rafters on the walls, as well as a fresh fully tiled bathroom, also here with brass details, as well as a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room and bedrooms have beautiful, contemporary tiled stoves that provide a soft and atmospheric warmth in winter. The entire accommodation I am usually nearby if I am needed. The area is completely unique in Stockholm and offers a rural feel, despite its proximity to the center of Stockholm and the pulse of the big city. Right next to the house, you have access to a 7 km long beautiful beach walk that passes nice park areas, playgrounds and small cozy bathing areas, restaurants and cafes. There is also a padel court 50 meters from the house. The possibility to rent a kayak 100 meters away.
Getting around by bike is a good idea. There are nice cycle paths that make it easy and pleasant to explore the surroundings. The subway (station Västra skogen) is about 8 minutes’ walk from the house, and it is the fourth station from the central station. There is a parking space next to the farm and a public car park approx. 50 meters from the house.
